Yugal Setu (“we”) provides digital quality software and related services. This notice covers the public website and inquiry forms. Product tenancy, where customer GxP data is processed, is governed by the customer agreement and data processing addendum.
If you book a demo or write to us, we collect the name, work email, company, role, and message you provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to keep the site available and secure. We do not run advertising pixels or sell lists.
To respond to you, schedule demonstrations, prepare proposals, and improve the website. Legal bases typically include legitimate interests in running a B2B service and, where required, consent or performance of pre-contract steps.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable business period afterward, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete marketing-related contacts at any time.
We use infrastructure and email providers to operate the site and to receive messages. They process data on our instructions. We do not permit them to use inquiry data for their own marketing.

This site is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
